We operate a zero tolerance approach to the giving or receiving of bribes or corrupt payments in any form. This conduct is absolutely prohibited whether committed by Ashley-Edison Directors, employees or anyone else directly acting on Ashley-Edison’s behalf.

We recognize that different practices apply across the world, including within the territories in which we operate and that normal practice in one place may not be acceptable in another. However, it is Ashley-Edison’s policy to comply with all laws, rules and regulations governing bribery and corruption in countries where we have a direct presence.

Information regarding our business activities, structure, financial situation and performance are disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations and prevailing industry best practices.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are respected; transfer of technology and know-how is done in a manner that protects intellectual property rights.

Programs that ensure the confidentiality and protection of supplier and employee whistle-blowers (Any person who makes a disclosure about improper conduct by an employee or officer of the company, or by a public official or official body) are maintained.
